Description
This campsite is very close to the beach, and within 10 mins walking distance. There are 3 buses you can catch to various venues, C1, X52 Jurassic Coaster & X53 Jurassic Coaster which are outside site gate. Burton Bradstock is a pretty village on the river Bride. Shops, pubs and heritage coast within walking distance. Bridport market is Wednesday and Saturday which is a short distance by bus and there are many shops, pubs and eateries.
The beach at 10 minutes walk (0.6 miles) from the holiday park and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the Jurassic Coast which is famous for its beauty and for interesting fossils which anyone can find and pick up off the beach. The beach is sand/shingle and is safe for boating and swimming. Bus outside the site for Lyme Regis, Bridport and beyond

Approach from Bridport bypass A35 then B3157 SP Abbotsbury Weymouth, entrance on right after 30mph sign. Sat Nav users approach via Bridport NOT Shipton Gorge.
